WHAT IS THE BECOMING?

NOT A MAKEOVER.
THIS IS A RISING UP.

The Becoming is a cinematic transformation series created to give women a space to be seen, heard and validated. Through honest storytelling, each woman is invited to release what she has carried, reclaim her voice and reconnect with the woman she has always been.

Same Woman. Higher Standards.

This transformative series is for any woman who has decided to break free from the cycles of her own inner, unseen war. The patterns, wounds and beliefs that have kept her bound for far too long.

Through honest storytelling, we bring real-life experiences into the light, including:

Childhood trauma from father, mother and family · Shame · Guilt · Anxiety · Rejection · People-pleasing · Lies and betrayals · Jealousy · Fake friends · Narcissistic relationships · Bullying experiences · Gossip and rumours · Slander · Judgement · Domestic violence · Faith + Fire · Healing · Unforgiveness · Survival mode · Competitiveness · Breaking strongholds and addictions

We begin with HER truth. This is not about disguising what happened or becoming someone else. It is transformation from the inside out, honouring the whole woman, the life she has lived and the future she is ready to reclaim.

Every story is intentionally centred on the woman who lived it. We honour what she has carried, internalised and held onto, and the woman she is choosing to become.

SHE STOOD UP
AND GOD STOOD WITH HER.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE VISION

WHY I CREATED THE BECOMING

Through lived experience, I learned to recognise the controlling, manipulative and emotionally harmful relationship patterns that had shaped my life. For years, I carried the weight of people-pleasing, shame, guilt and a heavy responsibility for everyone around me. Somewhere between surviving, raising a family and healing, my voice became buried beneath everything I was carrying, but it was never erased. The greatest crushing has been, and will continue to be, the greatest awakening of my life. With a grateful heart, I thank my God every single day. I remain committed to paying my life and wisdom forward to other women who want to win the battle of their own inner, unseen war.

Beneath it all was an unshakable inner knowing: I had been created for more, and other women had too.

The Becoming was born from my journey back to the fullness of my voice, my identity and the woman I knew God created me to be. Women were never meant to be seen and not heard. Our stories deserve to be spoken without shame, received without judgement and honoured for the truth they carry.

I created this space for women to release what they have buried, reclaim their voice and step into a more courageous, empowered version of themselves. Not by erasing their past, but by refusing to let it define their future.

“I want a woman to feel seen, heard and validated, so she can release what she has carried and reconnect with the woman she has always been. This is not about turning her into somebody else. It is about helping her find her voice, recognise her worth and raise the standard for what she will accept, believe and become.” HELEN POULOS

02 / THE FOUNDATION

WATCH.Discern what enters your heart and mind.

ABIDE.Stand firm in faith. Stay disciplined.

REIGN.Take authority. Walk in victory.

Some battles were fought where no one could see, and some wounds closed without ever healing. Parts of you may have gone quiet just to survive, but He came to set the captives free. The chains of shame and pain do not have the final word. There is still life beneath the scar tissue; the dry bones can breathe again, and the voice you thought you’d lost can rise with you.

“To bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives…
to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes.” Isaiah 61:1–3

Your story is yours to tell, and could be the beginning of another woman’s freedom.
